Our Application Process - What You Can Expect

How long does it take?

The on-line application process shouldn’t take more than 10-15 minutes to complete. If you have a current resume, you can simply upload it to our system with the click of a button. If you don’t have a current resume, you can enter your information manually. You may also be asked to answer a few questions to help Human Arc determine your basic qualifications for the position.

When will I hear from Human Arc?

Every person who applies for a position receives an email confirmation from the company acknowledging receipt of his or her interest in Human Arc. Unfortunately, because of the volume of inquiries, we cannot personally respond to each one. However, be assured that if there is a potential fit between your background and an open position, you will be contacted for further assessment.

What Tips Should I Keep in Mind?

The quality of your online application is an important factor in whether you are contacted regarding an open position. Follow these tips to help make your application successful.

• Apply for positions for which you are qualified.  If your work experience, skills and background are not compatible with the requirements of the job posting, you likely will not be called for an interview.  We suggest spending more time on the positions for which you will be considered.
• Provide up-to-date information. Be sure your resume or the information you enter reflects your most recent work experience and current contact information.
• Be honest. Answer any pre-screening questions truthfully to provide Human Arc with the most accurate overview of your qualifications for a position.
