, a screening and enrollment service focused on community-based programs, benefits health plan members with limited means. It is designed to provide them an easy, cost-free way to quickly determine their potential eligibility for a wide range of non-healthcare-related assistance programs, and receive support to get enrolled.
How it is possible
Member Complete is offered by Human Arc in partnership with the National Council on Aging (NCOA). The partnership leverages the value of the NCOA-sponsored BenefitsCheckUp®, an on-line service with a vast database of over 9,000 federal, state and local public and private assistance programs. These encompass pharmaceutical, nutrition, energy/utility, financial, legal, housing, in-home help, tax relief, transportation, employment, veteran-specific, discount pricing, and even volunteer opportunity programs of all kinds. Through BenefitsCheckUp, more than two million users have been screened and found potentially eligible for benefits valued at over $6 billion.
Member Complete also employs Human Arc’s advanced on-line application technologies that make the process faster and easier for applicants. Member Complete “goes the distance for your members,” actually helping them throughout the process of application for the programs for which they qualify.
